Preschool LOs

Okay, earlier this week I was invited to be on another Creative Team. I'm now creating LOs for BusyBeeScrapper. I've even created the blinkies on the site. I'm so proud of them!

Anyway, I've finally gotten around to making a couple LO with one of Melissa's kits.
Created using Laughter by Mel from BusyBeeScrapper. LO inspired by Becky Higgins.
Journaling: Hannah, Today was your first day of Preschool. This is the first time that you will not be home with me every day all day. To be completely honest with you, I was very nervous about leaving you with a classroom full of kids and a new teacher. I know the days leading up to today were harder on me than they were on you. You are so excited about going to preschool and making new friends. You are so independent and still want to spend everywaking moment at home with me. As much as I know you’re growing up and need to experience the world without Mommy and Daddy around all the time, I cannot help but think about when you were a little baby and needed me to takecare of you - to dress you, feed you, and play with you. Now you pick our your own clothes, pick out your own lunch, and play with your friends without me alongside you. I’m really going to miss you, Hannah. You’re my baby girl and I love you so much. I know you think you’re “all growed up” but it is my prayer that the days start to creep by slower than the past 4 years. I’m ready to let you spread your tiny wings and learn to fly. But you’re only allowed to go as far away as preschool this year. I will cherish every moment you are four and not think about Kindergarten until next year. I love you! All my love, Mommy August 30, 2007

Created using Laughter by Mel from BusyBeeScrapper. LO inspired by Becky Higgins.

Journaling: The excitement you felt today is written all over your face. Here is a series of pictures from this morning: A. This picture was taken of you on the ride to school. You’re so excited!!B. I think this picture is so precious. Here you are giving Daddy a goodbye kiss before I take you to your classroom. Daddy couldn’t walk you to the door because he needed to sit in the car with the babies. I think this was harder on Daddy than you.C. Here you are walking so proudly to your classroom all by yourself. You did not want to hold my hand. You are growing up so quickly.D. Mrs. Kerrie stops to allow me to take your picture with her on the first day. Most of the kids in your class have been to preschool before so their mommies were not asking for pictures. Your mommy is so happy that Mrs. Kerrie didn’t mind this snapshot. It’s hard to believe your first day is over. It is even harder for me to admit that you had a blast. This morning when I dropped you off you told me, “I KNOW!” when I told you, “Love you Hannah.” You are a mess!!!

New Product at Scrappers Zone

I've added a new product to my store today. It's a set of 12 Brag Book Templates for $5. This is a smokin' deal since the "going rate" is 10 for $5. You get to enjoy two bonus templates!!!
Here's a preview:

Be sure to visit my store. And I know, I've been slacking in the Freebie department, BUT I have been so busy this week. I am hoping things will slow down for me personally over this weekend. So here's a Template Freebie. Just remember to leave me love!! :)

And here's a LO that I created using this template and Traci Thompson's Hop Along Kit (with accents from Karla's Beach Blanket Blues)

CT Enabling

Okay, so here's the scoop on my CT Designers:

Karla is having a 40% sale at her Tina Williams store and KKD now until September 5th.

In fact, all the designers have their items on sale.

Here's a preview of some of her new designs:

Sarah-Design has her products on sale through the 31st at ScrapWorld. Her products are 50% off. Here's a preview of some of her items.

Candee (CanDesigns) and Traci don't have sales right now, but they still have amazing products. You can find them at DigibyDesign and MakeItScrappy

Happy Shopping!

And of course, I need to post my recent LOs. Keep coming back. I'll add them throughout the day.

This one was created with Sarah-Designs Summer Fun which is on sale! I love the variety of colors she has within this kit. The splash accents are by Karla from her Beach Blanket Blues which is also on sale (and has to be one of my favorite kits of all time!) and the Template is by CBrady Designs.

Journaling Reads: Hallabumba! (Cowabunga!!)Oh my silly Hannah girl! Making a waterslide at home is one of our favorite things to do. You love to place our little pool below the slide, hang the hose on the swingset, and slide down into the water. You would do this all day long if I let you. Of course, this activity is a little too advanced for the little ones we have toddling around so the “water slide” is off limits when they are outside. This is a naptime activity that you love! Name This Kit

Hi! So I've been busy designing a couple new things. I've got some templates I need to put up in the store but the main thing I've been working on is this:

I'm not finished with it yet, but I wanted to give a preview because, I want YOU to name it! :) It will be for sale very soon at ScrappersZone but this poor very special kit needs a name!! And the winner of my name contest will win the entire kit!!! Isn't that exciting????

Also for your trouble, here is a pack of QPs to go along with it. They are all the same file just different colors.

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT

I am officially

My store is LIVE! Of course, I only have three products in it, but you can now purchase my templates at 2 for $1.50.

I'm going to put up a poll about what kind of templates you'd like to see. I already have an idea in my head that I got from one of my CT Designers, Karla. Have you been to her store recently? She's got some great kits. I love nearly everyone one of them. My favorite right now is Beach Blanket Blue, mainly because it's summertime and I have tons of LOs that I could make with it.

Oh, and a note to all my CT Designers. . . I am still committed to being on your CTs. I wouldn't give it up for the world. I might slow down a tad (since I appear to be superwoman when it comes to LOs) but I will still create. I just won't do 4 in a day very often.

Let's see. I have also been invited to be on another CT. Mel, of Busy Bee Scrapper has invited me to be on her CT. So that's makes a total of 5 that I am now on which means I will not be joining anymore for the moment. I absolutely LOVE promoting other designer's work, though. I cannot wait to get my latest LOs uploaded. Sarah is going to be so proud!!

As for myself, I am not currently looking for a CT because all I have to sell are templates. But as soon as I get more than 2 kits finished, I will be accepting applications.

And of course, I will be providing some freebies for y'all as well.

Hugs, I'm off to bed. I'm soooo tired from my long week and my long day of figuring out Scrappers Zone.

Happy Scrappin' !!

So, I'm officially a designer. . . a real live, have a store, designer. I'm not announcing where yet, but snatch those templates before I start charging you for them. Hehehe!
I also have another EXCITING announcement to make, in due time!!

And I'm working on a Kit for Cayden. It's called Sew Sporty. Here's a little preview:

A Late Night LO

I know it's really late. But I could not go to sleep until right about now. I am trying so hard to stay awake because I want to post the LO I've been working on this evening. My goal was to scrap one page, and that'd be what I scrapped. It's a page from Hannah's birthday party. I'm pretty pleased with it.

Created with Flowers for You by Sarah-Design. Template by Tracy Drane at Make It Scrappy

Journaling reads: We celebrated your 4th birthday with a Royal Celebration. You really wanted aRapunzel Birthday Party. You love princesses, and this summer, your favorite has been Barbie Rapunzel. You asked usif you could have a Rapunzel Dress Up Partywith your friends. We sent out invitations requesting that guests come intheir finest attire. You were led on a Treasure Hunt, and found a chest full of goodies But the biggest surprise was the princess who met you at the Treasure Chest.

Just a LO

Here's a new LO I created today:

Created with Hop Along by Traci Thompson; Splash Element by Karla's Kaleidoscope Designs; Template by Monica McGill

Journaling Reads: This year, we enrolled you in atwo week course of swimming lessons at the YMCA. I was a little nervous about your attending because last year you were scared of the water. But this year, you were nearly the only one in the class who was not afraid to just jump on in. You did great blowing bubbles, going underwater, and learning to float on your back. You even let the teacher let you go and didn't start to cry or get upset. But your favorite part of Swimming Lessons was playing the game, "Speckled Frogs." That was when you got to JUMP into the pool and make a BIG Splash!! August 2007

Sarah-Design Sale

Hi everyone. Don't forget that Sarah-Design has her products on sale until August 31st. Make sure to take advantage of her great savings! Visit ScrapWorld

Another LO

Happy Scrapping! I have a couple of new LOs (I think).

I made this LO for the Ad Inspiration Challenge at GottaPixel.com. This is one of my new FAVORITE places to hang out! Anyway, I used my Hannah's BackPack Solid Yellow Paper for this LO. . boring, I know, but the ad was very simple.

Created with Traci Thompson's Bug A Boo kit, available at Make It Scrappy

I'm finally starting to scrap Cayden's 1st year. I am going to make his book like Hannah's first book which is a book of Monthly 2 page LOs. Of course, hers is all paper scrapping. This should go by pretty quickly!!!

No Scrappin' Today

So today has been absolutely the longest day of my life. First Cayden decides to get up at 2:30 am. . . DH gets up with him, so I can get a little rest but within 20 minutes, Hannah is up as well. And she doesn't go back to sleep until after 4:00 am. . ugh.

Then today she had her 4 year well check at which she received 5 shots. . poor baby. It was awful.

So needless to say, I was unable to scrap tonight, BUT. . . I did complete my very first kit!!! I'm so excited. I'm only going to give a preview tonight because I'm so tired, but I wanted to share it with y'all.

It's called "Hannah's BackPack" because she's off to Pre-K next week. And there are two patches within the kit that I created from scanning her security blanket and then recoloring them to fit with the kit. Hannah is all about pink and yellow and being a girl so that's what this kit is inspired by.

Again, I'll probably post it a piece at a time as a freebie. . hehehehe. . :) Good night!!!

Last Post for the Evening

Well, I have just been knocking LOs out left and right. I'm telling you, I've become so quick at this that I think I could do 10 a day if I let myself. I wish I'd had the camera outside this afternoon while Hannah played in the mud. She make, "Mud Cake" and "Mud Pie" as well as a "Mud Castle" which is insisted that Mommy help her with. I'll try to get a picture of that tomorrow. LOL. The LOs our Mud Day could have made.

I've made a couple more dance LOs, and then some LOs for a couple of challenges at DigiScrapDivas.

These are a two page LO from Hannah's very last Dance Lesson of the Summer. We're taking a break from dance this quarter. Hannah wants to tumble so that's what we'll do at the YMCA this Fall. I think we'll pick up dance again in the Spring.
Both LOs were created with Kristianne Swanson's "It's My Party" Kit available at http://www.acherryontop.com/. The flower elements and ribbons are from Peppermint Creative's New Kit, "Foxy Lady" available at http://www.peppermintcreative.com/

This LO is one I created for the Photo Challenge at DSD. Our challenge was to take a portrait of someone in Natural Lighting. Hannah and I had a Swing Photo Session this week and this photo is my favorite out of all that I shot. It's just so simple and innocent.

Created with the Summer Picnic QP by retrodiva (Tracy Collins) available at http://www.digitalscrapbookingfreebies.com/

And finally, as you well know, I participated in a Quick Page Swap on Karla's Blog. Here are a few LOs I threw together using some of the fabulous QPs I received!

These three LOs were created using Quick Pages that were made with Backyard Buganza by Karla's Kaleidoscope Designs. Don't forget that Karla is having an AMAZING sale at both of her stores this weekend!!! Tina Williams Designs

And one more

Since I've really confused everyone and have moved over from a everything blog to a Family and a Scrappin' Blog, I've decided to post the other LO I made with Karla's Kit Together these made a 2 Page LO, the one with the Title being the left page.
Here's the page:

Again, created with Karla's Beach Blanket Blues available at TinaWilliamsDesigns and KKD

LOs

After spending all morning working in Hannah's room, attempting to get it in some sort of presentable fashion for the Appraisal on Wednesday, I've taken a much needed break and did a little DigiWork. I've created an adorable LO of my kiddos playing at the Leander Water Playground. I think this is one of my best summer LOs so far!

Created with Beach Blanket Blues by Karla's Kaleidoscope Designs

Sales!!!

Hi everyone! This is an announcement for two of the designs I am on CTs for. First of all, I'm pleased to announce that Sarah from Sarah's-Designs has asked me to be on her CT. I'm so excited and cannot wait to work with her material!

Now, Sarah is having a fantastic sale at ScrapWorld
And Karla is also having a great sale this weekend.
She has a brand new grab bag available at Tina Williams Designs.
She is also having a 50% off sale store wide at TWD. You can check out all her items here. Including her latest release Grunge and Denim Ribbon Wrapped Frames. They're just a $1.00 during the three day sale.
And to boot, she has the matching paper as a FREEBIE on her blog!!!

Happy Scrapping!!!

Moving On Over

So a friend of mine from a few years back runs into me while digiscrapping. So cool! I love that! Anyway, she gave me the idea to make a place JUST FOR SCRAPPIN'. So that's what I've done. Moving all the scrap-stuff over here! It may take time. . . but probably not, I'm really quick!

Bringing Back Memories

Okay, so. . I have this brillant kit called Mermaid's Haven by Candee. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!! It's so pretty and peaceful and PERFECT for beach LOs. "What beach LOs?" you may ask. Well, that is the problem. We haven't been to the beach since July 2005, and I cannot, for the life of me, find those pictures. EEK. They're here, I'm sure, but where, who knows? The only reason I'm even on the computer right now is because the babies are sleeping and Hannah is entertaining herself in the play room.
So, what did I find to scrap? Hannah's very first beach trip photos. And boy, are they cute! Here's the first LO I've completed:

Designer Credits: Mermaid's Haven by CanDesigns.

Text Reads: Your first beach trip was so much fun. Our family went to Freeport Beach for the first time on July, 31, 2004. Here you are having the time of your life in the waves. You LOVE the water.

Designer Credits: Mermaid's Haven by CanDesigns. Summer Word Art by CanDesigns as well. Visit her Blog or Stores: www.digibydesign.com , www.scrapperszone.com , http://www.stoneaccentsstudio.com/store/

Text reads: You loved walking on the beach with Daddy. As long as he was nearby, you were happy as can be. Your daddy/daughter time is very precious. You are so happy when you're in his arms.

Scrapping Like Crazy

I think that's all right now in our little family. Hannah is four and female as her daddy says. Cayden is all boy and is now trying to climb over the furniture, not just on it. LOL.

I've made a few LOs recently. Not a ton, but a couple.

Hannah's Birthday Photo's by Uncle Kenny

Here's one from Cayden's 1st Birthday Party.

Created this LO with Brayden's Birthday Kit by Traci Thompson. I recolored it to match Cayden's birthday cake! I'm pretty pleased with the results. I also used Traci Drane's Hanging Around Template.

And a LO recapping Cayden's summer!

You love to go "Weee."

This final LO of the evening, I whipped out just now. And now I'm off to bed. This is my sister-in-law and her youngest son.

Journaling Reads: Mrs. Jennifer arranged for our playgroup to receive a free music class from Austin Lyric Opera. The class was called "A Little Rock and Roll," and it was led by Mr. Walter. He taught you a couple new songs, a few new games, and talked about how to have fun with music. You all had a blast. July 18, 2007

And finally, my two favorite LOs for of the week:
