Just some LOs

I thought I'd just spend some time scrapping today. I had hit a scrapping block so I decided to dig into the older pictures and found some that I'm really having a good time scrapping.

These first two are using a kit called Winter Bloom by BooLand Designs. I think this kit is just gorgeous. I love the colors and all the sparkles! Just gorgeous.

The first LO I created using a template that I threw together a few weeks ago. I'm trying to get another Mega Pack finished and this template will be one of the templates in the pack. I'm having so much fun creating templates for my template challenges, knowing fully well that I will be able to package them and sell them in my stores!!

This LO features Samantha, our cousins' daughter (Cara and Ron). She reminds me so much of Hannah at this age that it's scary. Just as cute as can be and full of mischief. Uncle Kenny took these photos at Hannah's birthday party this past summer.

This next LO is a photo of Stephen and me from HIS 30th Birthday Party. I remember that night so vividly and the journaling just says it all. The template is one by Tracy Drane.Okay, last Friday, Stephen and my sister took Hannah to see the Hannah Montana Concert in Disney 3D. I was supposed to go with them but was just too sick to do anything but lie around in bed. Of course, Stephen documented the entire evening for me (that means 6 pictures LOL). I created this LO using the photos he took.

This LO was created using both a template and a kit by me! The template is the one I made for the February Template Challenge at KJOI Studios. The kit is my Glitzy Girlfriends kit! It's available in 3 of my 5 stores. These next two LOs are two that I worked on last night. This week's Chat with SeAScrApS at DST features Sandra's kit, Brothers. I needed to come up with two quickpages for the attendance gift. Both QPs use templates created by me. These are the two pages I came up with, and thanks to my sister-in-law, Stephanie, I was able to actually scrap some photos of two brothers. And they have to be the cutest brothers in the entire world (well, aside from our hubbies). These LOs are just so precious because they feature my two youngest nephews, Ryan and Chase.
And lastly, this LO is what I created using the template I made for the 1st Template Challenge of February at Scrappin' Freestyle. The kit I used is one I created for the posting prize. It's called Fleeting Hearts and you can get the entire kit just for playing the template challenge this month.

Whoopsy. . one more. I used Sandra's (SeAScrApS) kit, All Girl, for this LO.

That's all. I will be working on a few more LOs. A couple using a kit from Lliella Designs, a few from a designer at Nuts 4 Digi and a few from another designer at Color Line Designs. I'm also working on a Valentine's Kit. It's taking forever, but it's coming along.

So I'm busy updating my blog. I want to be sure that my CT Members know how much I love them. CT Appreciation Week is quickly approaching, but I want them to know that I love all they do for me. I'm fairly certain that without their enabling, I would not be doing as well as a designer as I am.

I have a couple of LOs I want to show off that my CT did for me.

LOs from Kari:
These first two LO were creating using my latest kit, Glitzy Girlfriends. I love the LO with the little feet. So cute!!!!
And this LO was created using my Bright and Bold Color Collection Kit. The kit is so simple and yet she made it work beautifully with this photo!!

Next LOs are from Amanda:

These two were created using my About a Boy Kit. I'm sure they were supposed to be for the Brag Challenge at SZ but since SZ is no more, I don't know what's going to happen with the pages that everyone created.

Ch-ch-changes

Well, I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend. Today has been an absolutely gorgeous day.

After a long week of horrible, wet and freezing weather, we had a beautiful day with highs in the 60s. I was able to open up our stuffy house and enjoy the sunshine and cool breeze.
And not only that, my mother-in-law came and took my two children to play with one of their cousins, my husband went over to his folks house to help with the floors, and I had the majority of this beautiful day all by myself. I cleaned and vacuumed the living room. I cleaned and vacuumed the playroom. I cleaned, swept, and mopped the kitchen and dining rooms. And I was able to get some scrapping and designing done. I'm working on a new collaboration kit for KJOI. I'm also working a brag book using my 30th birthday photos for the Brag Challenge at N4D. And I'm also just scrapping and trying to meet all my CT requirements. Regardless, I'm having a blast!

Here are a couple of my latest LOs.

This LO was created with Whimsical Spring by CanDesigns.
The photos are of my sweet Hannah and her good friend Stephen at Easter 2006.

This next LO was also created with a kit by Candee. This time I used Letters from Grandma. The template is by me. I might post it as a freebie if you're nice to me. LOL :)

And I've really been missing Granny and Grandaddy this week. I shed a few tears so I thought I'd scrap a LO that made me smile. The next two LOs I created using the Caroline B.'s Once Upon a Time who designers at N4D. This kit is so much fun to work with I just had a blast working with it. Of course, when you have a daughter who has focused on princesses for the past two years, creating LOs that involve castles and pumpkins, fairies and princesses isn't very hard at all.

This first LO is one of my oldest and dearest friend's little girl.

Template is from Kellie Puddy's Baseboards Pack #3

This next LO is of my daughter at her 3rd Birthday Party. We had it at Toys R Us and part of the party was a Princess Parade through the store. It was so much fun. She had a blast!
Template is from Templates-N-More by Trish H.

And finally, this last LO was created using Created with Cuddly Creatures by Lliella Designs. The template is by me.

The beautiful little baby in these photos is our cousin's first child, Lexi, who is now 2.

And now, about those changes. I am no longer selling at Scrapper's Zone. In fact, for the time being, Scrapper's Zone is no more. I do not know anything more than I am sharing here. There was some sort of something and now the site is gone. I do not know what the future holds for that site. I am very thankful that I was able to sell there while I had the opportunity. I hope to see you at my other stores.

New Year's Eve LOs

So this NYE was not much fun for us. We were supposed to go out to a friend's house and spend some adult time away from the kids, but Hannah got was running a fever, so we spent the evening at home. We do have a NYE tradition that we've been doing since Hannah was born and that's going to the Zilker Tree and spinning around underneath it. Stephen and I decided that although the kids weren't feeling 100%, it would be okay to go out to the tree and let them spin around and get a photo or two. So we gave Hannah some Motrin and loaded up into the car. We spent about 15 minutes at the Tree instead of the 30-45 minutes that we usually spend, but the kids had a good time, and we got our family photo!
Here are a few LOs that I created from the evening.
For full credits, click on the layouts.

And of course, after the kids went to bed, Stephen and I spent some time together (at separate computers. . . hahaha). I joined in the DST NYE Celebrations and he played WoW. I know, really romantic. Anyway, before drifting off to dreamland around 1 am, we did (okay, I INSISTED) on snapping a few self portraits of us. I think Stephen was already asleep before I took these photos (he is NOT intoxicated. . . LOL).

Layouts from my CT

So I haven't been the best designer when it comes to anything right now. We're so busy with our personal life of unpacking and fixing up our home that computer time is so limited right now. But my CT has been hard at work. I'd like to announce my new Creative Team
Please join me in welcoming two wonderful ladies to my CT and of course say hello to my very talented and devoted "senior" member, Amanda :)

And of course, they have been hard at work. Check out these LOs:

Patricia used one of my templates for this LO. Click here for more credits.

And she used my Swell News Kit for this LO (which is just beautiful)

Clara Sue created this LO:
This one was created using my Not Sew Spooky Pumpkins kit.

Amanda used one of my templates for this LO. For credits click here

BUT Amanda has been working hard on some Quickpages using my Swell News kit. They are awesome!! I cannot wait to share them with you.

Just Some LOs

I've been working hard on an Add On for my first Element Team Assignment, a Christmas Kit using some different colors, a Cheerleading Kit, and more templates. But the one thing I have been missing is scrapping, soooo, I've just finished a ton of LOs and I want to share with with everyone!!!

Both of these LOs were created with Fiesta Tile by Traci Thompson, which is available at Make It Scrappy. The first LO was also created with Baby's First Christmas by Jamie Rousselle, available at DigitalScrapbook Place. And it was with one of my templates. The second LO was created with a template by LB Creations for the October Template Challenge at Just for the Scrap of It

These next two LOs were created with Sandra's (aka SeAscrAps) kit, Crop Til Ya Drop. I made them and then used the LOs as Quick Pages to be given away at the weekly chat I host.

These next two LOs were also made with a kit by SeAscrAps. These are from her Timeless Kit. I LOVE it. I cannot wait to scrap more wedding layouts. Man, it was 8 years ago that we got married. And I'm happier now than I've ever been. God is good! The first layout was created with a Template by LB Creations for the September Template Challenge at Just for the Scrap of It. The botton LO was created with a Template by me and was made for the Words Challenge at DigiScrapShak.

Some of My LOs and Two New Freebies

Okay, so I've done some scrappin' for myself this weekend. It's been a long time coming. I love scrapping my kiddos. My mom has asked me to put together a Brag Book for her to share when she goes on vacation next week. Here are some of the pages I've made. I used my Brag Book Templates and Go This Way by Amy Bleser.

And then I created this LO with Little Boy by Sarah Design. I'm on her CT and haven't been very active lately. Trying to make it up to her.I used a template by Laura Carlson for the DigiScrapShak Template Challenge.

Cayden is playing with one of the manipulatives at the Austin Children's Museum. He figured out this "game" very quickly into our trip and spent most of his time dropping the ball and watching it roll.

And this LO I created with Hop Along by Traci Thompson. I love this kit and the template (which is by Andrea Gold). It was perfect for these bubbles pictures.

Journaling reads: What could be more fun than spending time outside with your big sister?? Playing outside with your big sister while she entertains you with the bubble blower. July 2007

Okay, and now what you've all been waiting for. I've got two more templates for you. One of them is kind of a pain to work with, but the final product is so much fun. Here's the template and MY LO using it. The LO was created with Summer Fun by Sarah Designs and elements by SeAscrAps, J. Cantril, and Buzy Bee Scrapper.

I haven't done a LO with this template, but I love the idea of using smaller photos to frame the journaling. I have done a paper LO similar to this but it's in storage.

Here is the link.
