So I haven't been the best designer when it comes to anything right now. We're so busy with our personal life of unpacking and fixing up our home that computer time is so limited right now. But my CT has been hard at work. I'd like to announce my new Creative Team

With Love for Elise

Just Some LOs

I've been working hard on an Add On for my first Element Team Assignment, a Christmas Kit using some different colors, a Cheerleading Kit, and more templates. But the one thing I have been missing is scrapping, soooo, I've just finished a ton of LOs and I want to share with with everyone!!!

Both of these LOs were created with Fiesta Tile by Traci Thompson, which is available at Make It Scrappy. The first LO was also created with Baby's First Christmas by Jamie Rousselle, available at DigitalScrapbook Place. And it was with one of my templates. The second LO was created with a template by LB Creations for the October Template Challenge at Just for the Scrap of It

These next two LOs were created with Sandra's (aka SeAscrAps) kit, Crop Til Ya Drop. I made them and then used the LOs as Quick Pages to be given away at the weekly chat I host.

These next two LOs were also made with a kit by SeAscrAps. These are from her Timeless Kit. I LOVE it. I cannot wait to scrap more wedding layouts. Man, it was 8 years ago that we got married. And I'm happier now than I've ever been. God is good! The first layout was created with a Template by LB Creations for the September Template Challenge at Just for the Scrap of It. The botton LO was created with a Template by me and was made for the Words Challenge at DigiScrapShak.

Eliminated and Special Kit

I've been eliminated from the Just for the Scrap of It contest. I'm really okay with it. I haven't even been online since early Tuesday because I started to run a temperature of 101+. Went to the doctor today. I have strep throat. Yup. Yuck. Ow. My throat hurts so much. Even with the gooey stuff I have to gargle to help with pain. It's not helping. I think I may take some tylenol and go to bed.


I have completed a new kit though. And I'm going to go ahead and use the Round Three theme to create a new kit as well.


And I'm now selling in 3 stores, a designer assistant at one store, and on the Element Team for another forum. I'm so excited. I'm lovin' this.

So, I'm pretty busy. Okay, on to my new stuff. I'm almost down with my brag book collection number 2. I'm working on a Christmas Card Template Collection.

I've finished my most personal kit, With Love for Elise. This is a scrapbooking kit created in memory of my niece, Elise, who was born still last October. I created a memory book for my sister and with her permission have created a scrapbook kit complete with papers, ribbons, word art, and quickpage templates of a memory book. I cannot wait to share it with the world. I'm working on some finishing touches. With this kit, the profits made on the sales will be given to Silent Grief, a place where you can receive support for all who have suffered miscarriage, stillbirth, and later child loss.




It is not for sale yet, I will get it up in my stores ASAP!!

So IkeaGoddess has a challenge on hosted at The Meadow, and since she found ME as a template designer and even put me on her blog, I thought I'd play along with the other scrappers. This challenge was to create a LO about a FIRST EVENT. It has to include the following:

• a large title


• a bright background


• one of Gina's Playing With Wire elements

I created this using September's Child by SeAscrAps (available at ScrappinFreestyle or DigitalCandy). Template by Tanya B at Digital Candy. This was the template for the August Template Challenge that I didn't participate in (LOL).

Here's my newest LO using my newest template! I think it's soooo creative. *BIG GRIN* I used my "Kids in the Kitchen" Kit which is available at all three of my stores. I also used the fonts Candy Kisses and a custom font by Darcy Baldwin at BluFlombingo.com

KJOI Challenges and a Freebie

So I've been welcomed into the designing family at KJOI Studios. I am absolutely lovin' it over there. If you haven't visited or become a member, be sure to stop by the forums and take a look around. There are so many fun challenges going on and who is there to cheer you on but ME!!! I'm the "Challenge Cheerleader" and I am attempting to give lots of lovin' and encouragement to challenge participants.

On of my favorite challenges at k-joi right now is the Blog Challenge. In fact, I'm snagging this idea from Diana, aka FreestyleMama and an going to give some incentive to those who play the game with us!! I'm losing right now as I've been sick and unable to even sit down long enough to visit everyone's blog without my eyes going in circles and having to run out of the room to visit my all time favorite place at the moment, the bathroom :( . SOOOO, why don't y'all go and play the game for me (LOL) by PMing your answers to Kristin who is hosting, and come back here to let me know you've played (i.e. comment here). Contest Time

So voting in the contest starts on Tuesday. I've been sicker than anyone could ever imagine this weekend and haven't even been online at all until this very moment. I've created a small Add On of my Heritage Family Tree Kit for Round One. Just a couple more papers and a QP.

LO with my Family Tree Kit

Jeanette sent me this GORGEOUS LO using my entry for the So You Think You Can Design contest at Just for the Scrap of It! I'm sooooo honored to have had her created this beautiful LO!!! I have to share it with everyone!!! It is just soooo awesome. I love what she's done with the trees. . .and the house!!! WOW!!!! So cute!!!!
